Great hotel,the room size is very big and spacious and contains all you can ask for , including a large plasma screen , coffee maker and iron device. room was found to be very clean and the service was great whenever needed.
An ice machine could be found on each floor next to a soda vending machine.
The disadvantages I found are minor but has to be mentioned : long waiting time at front desk both on arrival and at check out time. (aprox 20 min.) the car parking service (valet) takes too long to retrieve your car ,again ,about 15 min waiting.
Except that the hotel is great and warmly recommended.

I love this hotel although I did not get the room I wanted I did not complain because the staff was excellent and I love this hotel. The only recommendation is if you are booked out of the rooms please let the patrons know before hand it was kind of silly to have a double bed for a couple when I reserved a king size bed and was not made aware of the change until I actually got to the room. Other than that it was great

The hotel was convenient to all, especially good for convention center access. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner and the carpets were stained. The beds were comfortable, the room quiet, and there was lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. The view was really nice. All of Atlantic City could be seen. It did the job for what we were looking for. Checking in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly. Skip the breakfast buffet, though. Sour milk and short staffed.

I did not read the description in the website carefully. I thought hotel is located in board walk near other big hotels but it was four blocks away and parking was expensive and far from main door.
The receptionists were really kind and helpful. the room was clean and had HD TV fax and high speed internet. My son enjoyed staying there because of pool. The price was reasonable and I liked the view of our room. If you do not care about walking to beach it is good place to stay.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton. I came with my husband, son and nephew. They even looked at the Miss America dresses with me. Can you believe it? I loved the proximity of the stores, the beach and the boardwalk. My husband, son and nephew loved the availability of the gym. The only disturbing incident was a broken light in my son's room that was not taken care of even though it was reported. I will be visiting again. Overall I loved my stay.

My wife and I went to Atlantic City for our 28 year anniversary, to reconnect and to be alone since our daughter lives with us with her two children and we never have a moments peace and quiet anymore. We thoroughly enjoyed being at your hotel, it was clean and oh so quiet, your staff was very helpful and courtious. My wife works for lawyers and they asked where we stayed while in Atlantic City and she didn't hesitate to say the Sheraton.

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Atlantic City for our 5 year anniversary and we had a great time. The staff were so nice and helpful and the hotel had everything we needed . The Sheraton is in the perfect location every thing is in walking distance shopping, restaurants and casinos. We didn't drive our vehicle after we had it valet park at check in.
You must eat at the Tun Tavern inside of the hotel great food a little expensive but, well worth every penny.

Had a wonderful time and the staff was very nice. My husband and I had ordered breakfast in since it was my birthday on June 14, 2008 they came on time and the food was great. Our room was clean and most importantly we had and awesome view at the casino's at night one that I will always remember. Valet Parking was great we only had to wait only 5 to 10 minutes to get our car and their staff was even friendly. Also we went to the Wine and Cheese the night we arrived and we met this nice gentlemen Miguel Figueroa who works for the Sheraton and he gave us a tour. Thank you Sheraton.

My stay at this hotel, was fun and enjoyable. I would recommend everyone to give this hotel a try and they will see for themselves how good it really is. The hotel has easy access to the other hotels with casino's ,so you can walk or take a fast ride from casino to casino, but i would prefer to walk. It also is walking distance to the hot spots for shopping for the ladies. I enjoyed my stay and I hope to see one you people my next visit to the Sheraton hotel.

My husband and I spent our anniversary here and we truly enjoyed every second of it. The atmosphere was very relaxing, calm, serene and romantic. Customer service was lovely and select workers went above and beyond just to ensure that our stay was pleasant and comfortable. I was able to call and arrange for there to be wine and chocolate covered strawberries in the room once we arrived with nothing but complete cooperation. One employee even went so far as to remove the chocolate covered strawberries once we didn't arrive at our planned time. I appreciated every bit of that. We are very grateful for everything and is looking forward to coming back very soon.

Accomodations were excellent! I rented a room for my son for his 21st birthday, I was concerned about his safety in that environment, however, the hotel was very safe, he had a great time. He is still talking about it. I am afraid this will become a yearly tradition for his birthday. Check-in was quick, the room was clean. Parking was easy as well. I was really surprised. I went along for the check-in because I wanted to do a visual inspection of the facility. I was quite surprised. Everything was professional and everyone was courteous.

No complaints at all check in was fast and check out was fast no troubles or problems everything was smooth ! the room was clean shower was clean the pool was clean and was really fun..the work out area was really nice...the hotel was in great distance to the shopping area and broad walk..every one was friendly in the area it was quite relaxing and quiet..our room had a great view of all the other hotels and night lights..I would def stay here again without thinking twice !

I booked and paid for a kingsize bed which was confirmed but I only got two full beds and I was upset. I tried to get the hotel to move me but they claimed to be booked and offered me a ten dollar refund. I am highly disappointed in the Sheraton and will never stay there again. My fiance's legs were hanging off the bed because he is such a tall man and our stay ended up being very uncomfortable. I will try another hotel next time I go to Atlantic city.
