I was impressed with my stay because not only did I get the two queen beds in my room, but when I walked in, I had an extra queen bed! The room was very well equipped with coffee and a coffee maker, an alarm clock, and a bucket for ice. I was extremely happy with how clean the room was, especially the bathroom. It's nice to go to a hotel and the linens were sterile enough to sleep on. I will return soon for another visit and will recommend others to do so as well.

It is a very nice and comfortable hotel to stay at. The service was friendly and the price to stay was reasonable for me and my spouse. We didn't want to spend too much for the hotel and have less for the casino. So, it worked out good for us. The shops across the street from the hotel were convenient for snacks. The room was kept clean. There was no bedbugs, which is a major concern these days at hotels. The only this is the distance from the casinos which made it an inconvenience. But the bus stop wasn't far from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean. The bed is very comfortable and all the appliances work.The hotel is about ten minutes drive from the casinos.The area is very quiet and a few shopping centers in the area.Breakfast was free.. could have added a few more choices to the menu.. but then again..its free.The heating system and the hot water was great.Definitely would stay there again when I go back to Atlantic City.

This hotel was very clean and the rooms were a nice size for two people. We had a few minor problems, but I would not even mention them except that the overall issue was that the problems were not dealt with in a timely manner. The major issue was our smoke detector kept going off. At first it would beep once every ten minutes. We called the front desk, they responded immediately and came to the room. The man simply took off the cover, stood there for two minutes and left. He said he does not know what he did, but that it hasn't beeped since he's been here. All through the night, it would beep once every ten minutes or so. Then at 4:15am, it went off. We called the front desk as the smoke alarm kept beeping. After ten minutes with the alarm deafening us, it went stopped beeping. No one came to our room or called us to let us know what the status was. We were able to get two hours sleep until the smoke alarm started to beep every ten minutes again. We again called the front desk, we were told they would tell the manager. Again, no one got back to us. We waited for two more hours, with the smoke alarm beeping, until we got up, got dressed and went down to the front desk. We were again told that they would tell the manager. At this point, my husband insisted that we either be moved to another room, or we wanted to check out early. Again, we were told they would tell the manager. We left to go to breakfast. When we came back, we checked with the front desk, and they finally moved us to another room.

My complaints are trivial however should be noted. First off, I called Atlantic City.com and Best Western to change the price. Right after I clicked "submit" I realized that I forgot to use my AAA discount. They assured me that all I had to do was go to the front desk, give the front desk woman my AAA card and they would make all adjustments. Well I did that and the woman behind the counter told me that she COULDN'T do that and that Atlantic City.com would take care of that. Needless to say, I'm not banking on it.
The rooms were fine, nothing spectacular. The refrigerator didn't work much to my dismay...I had to drink warm bottled water. Also, the electrical outlets apparently didn't work since my cell phone (that was plugged into the wall all night) was drained of battery by morning. All in all I guess you get what you pay for. Like I said my complaints were trivial.

Was a great value for a one night stay! Close enough to casinos, yet not too far. Many eateries around the area, shopping, liquor stores etc. Front desk was nice.. if you want to stay after check out time of 11am its $10/hr (pretty decent after coming back from casinos at 4 in the morning) FREE parking.
Only complaint.... tub needed some drain-o ha ha!
Otherwise was very clean and private. Would definitely stay there again! Never had big problems with BEST WESTERNS!

The hotel was fairly close to the casinos. It offered a slightly cheaper rate than the other hotels in the surrounding area. The room and check in area was very clean. The day and the night time Staff was very helpful and courteous. One reason why I chose the room that I rented was because it said that it had a Jacuzzi. I was disappointed because the Jacuzzi was actually a bath tub with jets and was not very big at all. I wouldn't have paid the rate that I did if I had known that it did not have a Jacuzzi big enough for two.
