The Chelsea certainly sounds the best of the lot, personally. They seem to have made it an objective to make the hotel an experience in itself, rather than having the extras like casinos that most other hotels would try to rely on. The backdrop of the city and ocean does give it an even more attractive selling point. Will have to check it out on my next trip to Atlantic City.

Will be sure to check these out – some may be a bit big for ’boutique’ status, but Hannah’s sounds interesting….
